This 25-minute snowboard mobility workout is bodyweight only and zero equipment—perfect for off-season training or in-season maintenance. Created by a Doctor of Physical Therapy and snowboard instructor, this follow-along session builds single-leg balance, pressure control (edge-to-edge), strength, mobility, and endurance—with not-your-average, non-boring movements that actually carry over to your riding. What you’ll train: Pressure changes & edge control: foot/ankle rocker, arch stiffness, lateral shifts Single-leg balance & stability: knee-hip alignment, proprioception, anti-collapse Mobility where riders need it most: ankles, hips (IR/ER), thoracic rotation Strength & endurance without weights: tempo work, isometrics, flow sequencing Core for carving & landings: anti-rotation, anti-extension, breath-bracing Ideal for: off-season prep, in-season recovery days, at-home/hotel sessions, freeride, park, backcountry, and anyone who wants more control and less fatigue on snow.
