In this 30minute video you will be led by Lauren and Andy through a workout that is designed to develop strength and fitness in preparation for skiing and snowboarding. Expect to feel a good burn in your leg muscles and a solid increase in your heart rate as you work through lunges, squats, jumping, weight shifting, balance work and core. Remember to listen to your body and work at a level appropriate for your abilities. You can always pause the video if you need extra rest, or repeat exercises to build intensity.
