Equipment Needed: A pair of dumbbells, a small loop band or towel, a mat and a chair. The Method: 45 sec on/15 rest with 1 min rest between each circuit Complete 4 Rounds of circuit 1 before moving to circuit 2 ▪️Circuit 1▪️ 1. High/Low Push Ups 2. Single Arm Plank Row to Kickback (R) 3. Superman Banded Pulldown 4. Single Arm Plank Row to Kickback (L) ▪️Circuit 2▪️ 1. Y-Press to Military Press 2. Tricep Dips 3. Bicep Curl w/ Rotation 4.
