A 20-minute yoga flow morning routine for a relaxed start to the day. We'll jump right into the movement and flow through various asanas and mobilization exercises in the rhythm of our breathing to slowly awaken the body and mind. Towards the end, we'll slow down a bit and finish with a few rounds of square breathing – a calming breathing exercise.
