Freshly baked, brioche tastes especially good with butter, jam or honey and is perfect for breakfast or with a cup of coffee or tea. Recipe: 200 ml warm milk (¾ cup) 450 g wheat flour (3¾ cups) 3 tablespoons sugar (3 tablespoons) 3 eggs + 1 egg yolk 110 g butter (½ cup) 5-6 g salt (1 tablespoon) 20 g fresh yeast (1 oz) Knead the dough and let it rest for 60 minutes.
