Recipe and Ingredients: **** Recipe 1 **** For the batter: 4 eggs A pinch of salt 170g (3/4 cup + 1 tbsp) sugar 80g (1/3 cup) butter 150ml (2/3 cup) milk 220g (1.4 cups) flour 1 tsp baking powder 20cm (8-inch) baking pan Bake for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 180℃ (356℉) For the jam: 300g (2 cups) mixed berries 60g (4 tbsp) sugar 30g (3 tbsp) cornstarch 80ml (1/3 cup) water For the cream: 220g (1 cup) cream cheese 100g (1/2 cup) heavy cream (33% fat) 50g (1/4 cup) sugar **** Recipe 2 **** For the batter: 5 eggs 150g (3/4 cup) sugar 15g (1 tbsp) vanilla sugar A pinch of salt 160g (1 cup) flour 50ml (3 tbsp) warm milk Line a 32x37cm (13x15 inch) baking sheet with parchment paper Bake for about 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 180℃ (356℉) For the raspberry jam: 300g (2 cups) raspberries 50g (1/4 cup) sugar 8g (1 tsp) vanilla sugar 30ml (2 tbsp) water 15g (1.5 tbsp) cornstarch 30ml (2 tbsp) water For the cream: 200g (1 cup) heavy cream (33% fat) 50g (1/4 cup) sugar 300g (1.3 cups) cream cheese Let chill in the fridge for 4 hours **** Recipe 3 **** For the batter: 3 eggs A pinch of salt 100g (1/2 cup) sugar 80g (1/2 cup) flour 20g (2 tbsp) cornstarch 1 tsp baking powder 20g (1.5 tbsp) vegetable oil Line a 24cm (9.5-inch) baking pan with parchment paper Bake for about 25 minutes in a preheated oven at 180℃ (356℉) For the mousse: 500g (2.5 cups) heavy cream (30% fat) 100g (1/2 cup) sugar 15g (1 tbsp) vanilla sugar 300g (1.3 cups) cream cheese Soak 9g (3 tsp) gelatin in 60ml (4 tbsp) water For the raspberry layer: 600g (4 cups) raspberries 50g (1/4 cup) sugar 8g (1 tsp) vanilla sugar 50ml (3 tbsp) water 15g (1.5 tbsp) cornstarch 50ml (3 tbsp) water Enjoy your meal! ...............................................................................................
