STRENGTHEN & LIFT | Chest Workout with Dumbbells at Home
This is the ULTIMATE chest workout!!! If your goal is to LIFT and STRENGTHEN you've come to the right place! It is time to FOCUS!! This effective chest workout is easy to follow, but is also going to help you reach your strength and conditioning goals! This is a perfect at home workout, because all you will need are your dumbbells and a goal getting attitude! We have three circuits each circuit we will work through two times and rest for one full minute. Working times are for 40 seconds and followed up by 20 seconds to shake it out and change adjust weight if needed! Remember! This is your time and your workout, so make the most of it!!! Keep proper form, take extra recovery when needed, adjust weight accoringly, don't be shy to go heavy, and last but not least have fun and keep your goals in mind when things get tough!
