Biceps Workout at Home | Arms Workout Part 1
Yay!!! This is Part 1 of our FOCUSED arms workout! Our arms will be feeling the love with this bicep workout! This is a perfect strength workout to do either at home or in the gym because all you will need is 20 minutes and dumbbells! We work through 3 simple, but super effective moves for this biceps workouts. Bicep curls, hammer curls, and wide curls. There will add. different variations to really challenge, change and build both the long and short head of. your biceps! There will be a total of 3 circuits, 2 rounds per circuit, and 3 exercises in each round. We will work for 40 seconds (circuit 3 runs a bit over 😬) and rest for 10 seconds. One minute of. recovery for each circuit will give us enough time to rest and do it over again! Don't forget, this is your workout! Go at your own pace, maintain proper form, take recoveries when needed, and most importantly go heavy and have fun! The weight you pick should be very challenging, but doable to help you make the most of your workout! I am so happy you decided to workout with me today!!!
