20 Minute Abs Workout for a STRONG CORE | FOCUSED
We are going to work those ab muscles you didn't even know you had with this no equipment and no-repeat AB BLASTER! In just over 20 minutes we are going to hit our lower abs, upper abs, obliques, and core in this FOCUSED Series ab workout! Having a strong core is the foundation to not only movements in our everyday life, but also for our strength and cardio workouts. This ab workout focuses on strengthening and lengthening your ab muscles for a strong lean look all while following simple, but effective exercises. As I mentioned, you do not need any equipment for this workout which makes it the perfect workout to do at home, at the gym, or anywhere you have a cushy surface! We work for 3 circuits and for each exercise you will work for 40 seconds followed by 20 seconds of recovery, after each circuit, you will get a one-minute break. I will offer modifications throughout this abs workout, so if you need to modify there is always the option! You can also work for 30 seconds and recover for 30 if you need a less intense version! Remember, this is your workout so listen to your body and make adjustments as needed, but give it all you got for this short 20-minute ab blaster!
