The idea is to give you a series of useful tips to make learning each exercise easier and to do it in a quick, dynamic, and fun way. As you can see on the cover, today's chosen movement is the much-desired Bar Muscle Up. Based on the most common mistakes my athletes make during UBOX CrossFit Granollers classes, in the video I explain 5 KEYS to successfully performing the Muscle Up and crushing your CrossFit workouts. Please keep in mind that all the advice I'm giving in this video is focused on athletes who already have a medium-high level in the world of CrossFit and gymnastic movements. Remember that like any other CrossFit movement, the Bar Muscle Up requires strength and mastery of its basics first. Don't despair if it doesn't work the first time; it's all a matter of practice and knowing where you are in terms of progression. The 5 key points we're covering this time, which need to be mastered to achieve a good Bar Muscle Up, are the following: ✅ Keep your legs together and straight ✅ Bring your hips toward the bar ✅ Control the direction of the kick ✅ Elbow entry ✅ Keep practicing!
