Hello Crossfitters, Today we're launching a new section: Crossfit TIPS! In this section, we'll explore the different Crossfit movements and the correct way to perform them. The idea is to give you a series of useful tips to make learning each exercise easier and to do it quickly and dynamically. As you can see on the cover, the movement that will open the section (chosen by you in the Instagram survey) is the Butterfly Pull-Up.
