Transfer to a separate bowl. Add the meringue to the mixing bowl and chop for 3-4 seconds on speed 4, then transfer to a separate bowl. Insert the whisk attachment into the mixing bowl, weigh in the cream, and whip until stiff on speed 3 without setting a time. Add the powdered sugar, Greek yogurt, and low-fat quark and mix for 15 seconds on speed 3. Mix the frozen raspberries in a bowl with the sugar and vanilla sugar. Mix the chopped chocolate with the chopped meringue. Fill 4 dessert glasses with a little cream, distribute the raspberries on top, spoon over the chocolate-meringue mixture (reserve some for decoration), and then top with the remaining cream. If desired, swirl the cream and raspberries together with a spoon handle to create a marbled effect. Garnish with the remaining chocolate-meringue mixture and fresh raspberries and enjoy. If you prefer the meringue pieces to be crispy, add them just before serving. Enjoy! Thanks for watching & see you next time!
