Be enchanted and surprise your loved ones with this simple Thermomix® recipe. 🍰🍓 👉 Go straight to the recipe: https://www.zaubertopf-club.de/rezept... 🥣 Ingredients for 6 jars (165 ml each) 200 g white chocolate, cut into pieces 150 g heavy cream 400 g cream cheese 350 g quark 50 g sugar Put of 1/2 vanilla bean pulp 300 g raspberries 1 tbsp lemon juice 1️⃣ Place the chocolate in the mixing bowl, chop for 6 seconds | speed 8, and scrape down the mixture with the spatula. Transfer 6 teaspoons of chocolate to the bowl. Add the cream and melt the chocolate for 4 minutes at 60°C (140°F) on speed 1. 2️⃣ Add the cream cheese, quark, sugar, and vanilla and mix for 20 seconds at speed 5 until smooth. Pour the cream into the glasses. Rinse the mixing bowl. 3️⃣ Add 200g of raspberries and lemon juice to the mixing bowl and blend for 20 seconds at speed 6. Spread the raspberry sauce over the cream, garnish with the remaining raspberries and the reserved chocolate, and either chill or serve immediately.
