Place 3 hard-boiled eggs in the mixing bowl and chop for 2 seconds/speed 10, then transfer to a bowl. Rinse the mixing bowl. Add water and a little salt to the mixing bowl, attach the Varoma, and place the radishes in the Varoma tray (leaving air vents open) and cook for 25 minutes/Varoma/speed 1.5. Then let the radishes cool slightly, empty the mixing bowl, and rinse with cold water. For the dressing, combine the mayonnaise, herb crème fraîche, chopped eggs, salt, pepper, chives, chopped radishes, and dried onions. Add the dill to the mixing bowl and mix for 8 seconds / reverse / speed 4. Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary. Cut the broccoli into bite-sized pieces, place in a bowl with the dressing, add the cucumber slices, and mix everything gently. Quarter or eighth 3 hard-boiled eggs and use them to garnish the potato salad. Add some chives, let it marinate, and enjoy. Enjoy! Thanks for watching & see you next time!
