60 Minute Vinyasa Yoga - Twist and Flow

This is a 60 minute vinyasa yoga flow with a focus on spinal twists. A full body, slow flowing, breath led practice that will wring out tightness in your spine, shoulders and hips. Twist and flow through an energising and rhythmic flow that builds in an un-rushed manner. Practice includes runners twists, revolved lunges & balances, followed by a series of forward folds that lead into a relaxing shavasana. A practice that will help you feel lighter, energised and more spacious in your body when you have the luxury of 60 minutes to practice at home.
