Welcome to this 60 Minute Intermediate Yoga Flow. Part 2 of the Studio 60 Series of classes. These practices are designed to feel like the kinds of classes you might attend in a studio with a longer format, thoughtfully structured, spacious in pacing and deeply embodied. This week's Studio 60 is a dynamic vinyasa flow. A more intermediate yoga flow practice with a focus on steady attention, staying present whether you’re holding a shape or moving with your breath. It’s less about getting it perfect and more about noticing when your mind wanders… and returning to your current experience as you practice. For practice, I’d recommend 1 or 2 blocks and a folded blanket.
