Goldco Centurion 3000 Bulk Can Palletizer - Empty Aluminum Beverage Cans - BW Integrated Systems

BW Integrated Systems' client, one of the leaders in the metal and glass packaging industry, needed a solution to palletize empty aluminum beverage cans. The solution that proved to be an exact fit for their needs was our Centurion 3000 Empty Can Palletizer. In this application, cans are fed into the palletizer on an accumulator, where our Airliner flawlessly creates a perfectly nested pattern. From there, a continuous motion layer positioner moves the layer of cans forward, while a retainer stabilizes them as they are positioned onto a layer pad. While a full load is being discharged, a new pallet is prepped and then automatically fed into position, creating a seamless load transfer. As the full pallet exits, an automatic top frame handler places a top frame on the finished load.
