Designed to exceed our customer’s performance criteria by providing container handling and machine reliability, the Centurion 3000 is engineered and manufactured for the rigors of modern day can making operations. In this application, 2-piece aluminum cans are fed into the palletizer on an accumulator, where our Airliner flawlessly creates a perfectly nested pattern. From there, a continuous motion layer positioner moves the layer of cans forward, while a retainer stabilizes them as they are positioned onto a layer pad. While a full load is being discharged, a new pallet is prepped and then automatically fed into position, creating a seamless load transfer.
