The PHS300 Bulk Depalletizer is a fully integrated Automatic Depalletizing System suitable for high or low level product discharge. The PHS300 in this video is handling full pallets of Glass Wine Bottles , the main counterbalanced carriage contains a 4 servo driven mechanism to grip the bottles which are then stripped 1 layer at a time , with automatic removal of the layer boards and pallets done by a Rotary layer board remover which stacks them in individual bins for removal. The Empty bottles are conveyed on the matt top discharge table to a single filer.
