Goldco's Super Sorters are a must for any can manufacturer that visually inspects their cans. Our Super Sorters depalletizer and single-file empty cans into sorting lanes for manual inspection before advancing on to be repalletized or to other conveyance in the client's process. Cans are depalletized and single-filed into two lanes, tilted away, and conveyed past an operator. The operator removes any can that does not meet quality standards. Accepted cans continue and are transferred onto a cross conveyor that feeds onto a palletizer accumulator or other conveyance. The operator can also bypass the can inspection, as well as reject cans en masse.
