Didn’t use any sugar in the recipe, feel free to serve with Maple syrup/honey and fruits! You still can make this pancake if you do not have any sourdough starter, just omit the sourdough discard. 📍Sourdough Banana Oat Pancake Ingredients 3 eggs 100g Plain flour 1 tsp baking powder 120ml milk 2 Bananas, mashed 80g Sourdough discard ( just omit it if you do not have sourdough ) pinch of salt 1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder 30g Quick Oats Knob of butter 1. Separate the eggs, add the flour, baking powder, cinnamon powder, mashed banana, oat, sourdough discard and milk to the yolks and mix to form a smooth batter 2. Whisk the egg whites with salt until soft peaks form. Then fold into the batter. 3. Heat up a non stick pan, melt a knob of butter, pour the batter and fry 2 minutes until air bubbles rise to surface, then flip over. Fry another 2-3 minutes. The pancake are ready when they are golden on both sides. 4. Enjoy your pancake!
