I'm 52 and in menopause, and for years I fought my fatigue by working out harder. It made everything worse. Because menopause fatigue doesn't need more effort — it needs the opposite. This is 10 minutes of dance designed to break the menopause fatigue loop. Here's why it works: when estrogen drops, the signal that tells your cells to make energy goes quiet, and cortisol spikes to cover for it. Push through a hard workout on top of that and your nervous system reads it as one more threat — so it holds on tighter and gives you even less. Push harder, get worse. That's the loop. Dance is the way out. When you hear a song you love, your brain releases dopamine before you even stand up. That anticipation alone drops cortisol and tells your nervous system you're safe.
