Seasonal Recipe: Savoyard Sausages in White Wine Recipe Ingredients: 12 Diots (sausages) 400g Crozets (sausages) 1.5L White Wine 2 Onions Butter 1 Bouquet Garni (sausage bouquet garni) Red Spices Salt Recipe Steps: Boil water, add a pinch of salt and the crozets. Cook for 40 minutes over low heat. Prick the Diots (sausages) to prevent them from bursting during cooking and brown them in a dish. Once golden, set them aside, brown the diced onions, and return the sausages to the dish. Add the bouquet garni and drizzle generously with Savoyard white wine. Drain the crozets, melt a knob of butter in a saucepan, and add the crozets again. Add a handful of grated Beaufort cheese, mix well, and stir in the spices. Arrange a plate with the crozets and diots, and enjoy!
