#266 B&W - CHEST | BENCH PRESS, HAMMER STRENGTH, AND BODYWEIGHT
Another training session done this morning, and today was all about chest. started with 10 minutes on the sled to get the body warmed up, then spent another 10 minutes doing back extensions and side bends to loosen up the lower back and core before pressing. After that moved into flat bench with 135 on the bar for 5 total sets. The first two sets were for 20 reps, then the last three sets were in the 10 to 15 rep range. From there went into the Hammer Strength incline press with a plate and a 10 on each side for 5 sets to failure. Finished the chest work with 4 sets of dips to failure and wrapped everything up with 3 sets of leg raises to keep building the core. #strengthtraining #chestday #gymvlog #fitnessjourney #naturalstrengthtraining
