#258 ARMS - B&W | TRICEPS, BICEPS, TO FAILURE

This morning, we did arms and kept the focus on getting a great pump. Started with machine pushdowns for 5 sets to failure to get the triceps fully warmed up and working. After that moved into EZ bar curls with 70 pounds for 4 sets to failure, focusing on controlled reps and a good squeeze. From there went back to triceps with rope cable extensions for 3 sets to failure before finishing the session with dumbbell hammer curls for 3 more sets to failure.
