#257 PUSH DAY | BENCH, DIPS, AND SMITH MACHINE WORK

Wrapped up a chest day this morning, and it felt good getting some pressing work in. Started with seated flat bench for 3 sets to failure, then moved into dips for another 3 sets to failure to really light up the chest and triceps. After that went into the incline Smith machine press for 3 sets of 10 reps. To finish the session, I got under the bar again and did back squats with 135, focusing on practicing the movement and getting comfortable squatting again after the recent back issues. Wrapped everything up with some nut smashers to get blood flowing through the glutes and hips.
