#264 LEGS | HAMSTRINGS, QUADS, AND LUNGES

Wrapped up another training session this early morning, and today was all about legs. Started with 15 minutes of sled pulls and pushes to warm up the body and get the blood flowing before getting into the work. After that moved into leg curls for 4 sets to failure, really focusing on squeezing the hamstrings. Then went into leg extensions for another 4 sets to failure to light up the quads. finished the session with walking lunges using the 45s for 3 sets of 10 reps each leg. #strengthtraining #legday #gymvlog #fitnessjourney #naturalstrengthtraining
