Goldco Centurion 3000 Bulk Palletizer - Empty Pet Food Cans

BW Integrated Systems' client, one of the leaders in the metal beverage and food cans industry, needed a solution to palletize empty aluminum pet food cans. The solution that proved to be an exact fit for their needs was our Goldco Centurion 3000 Empty Bulk Can Palletizer. In this application, pet food cans are fed into the palletizer on an accumulator, where our Airliner flawlessly creates a perfectly nested pattern. From there, a continuous motion layer positioner moves the layer of cans forward, while a retainer stabilizes them as they are positioned onto a layer pad. While a full load is being discharged, a new pallet is prepped and then automatically fed into position, creating a seamless load transfer. As the full pallet exits, an automatic top frame handler places a top frame on the finished load.
