Subscribe To the Masala TV Recipes YouTube Channel! https://bit.ly/MasalaTV Mutabal & Coconut Lime Chicken | Best Of Mehboob's Kitchen | Chef Mehboob | MasalaTV ‪@MasalaTVRecipes‬ Coconut Lime Chicken Written Recipe : Ingredients: Chicken leg (boneless, whole) ½ kg Coconut milk 1 ton Cream 1 packet Salt 1 teaspoon Pepper 1 tsp Corn flour 3 tbsp Onion (chopped) 1 (small) Garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp Lemon juice 4 tbsp Coriander 3 tbsp Turmeric 1 teaspoon Boiled rice 2 cups Oil 6 tablespoons Fish sauce 4 tablespoons Recipe: Heat oil in a pan and fry onion and garlic. Then add the chicken and cook for 6 to 8 minutes from both sides. Now add turmeric, salt, and pepper and cook for 1 minute. Now add coconut milk, cream, 1 cup of water and lemon juice bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes. Dissolve corn flour in a cup of water. Then add it to the curry and cook for 2 minutes. Now garnish with coriander and serve with boiled rice. Mutabal Written Recipe : Ingredients: Eggplant (large) ½ kg Tahini 1 cup Lemon juice 4 tbsp Garlic (chopped) 2 tbsp Salt 1 teaspoon Olive oil 6 tablespoons Recipe: Grill the brinjal on low flame so that it becomes crispy on top. Now peel it off and chop them well. In a bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients except the olive oil. Now spread the eggplants in a serving dish.
