Now add garlic and ginger and fry well. Then add turmeric, salt, tomatoes, and 2 cups of water and cook on low flame for 10 minutes. Now add Cluster Beans cumin seeds and green chillies fry for 10 minutes and serve with naan. Peri Peri Grilled Fish Written Recipe : Ingredients: Fish 1 kg For the Peri Peri Sauce: Ground black pepper 1 tbsp Whole red chillies (long) 8 pcs Whole garlic 6 cloves Red Chilli (round) 6 to 8 pcs Salt 1 teaspoon White pepper 1 teaspoon Oil for frying Thyme 1 tsp 4 to 6 dried chillies Vinegar ½ cup 1 onion (medium) Dry red chillies 4 to 6 Mayonnaise 1 cup Oregano 1 teaspoon Composition: Make cut marks on the fish. Now apply salt to it. Heat oil in a pan and fry the fish for 15 to 20 minutes and keep aside. For peri peri sauce, heat 5 tablespoons of garlic in a pan and fry for 1 minute.
