Subscribe To the Masala TV Recipes YouTube Channel! https://bit.ly/MasalaTV Muradabadi Chicken Pulao & Baigan Ka Bharta | Mehboob's Kitchen | Chef Mehboob | 30 Jan 24 | MasalaTv Muradabadi Chicken Pulao Recipe Ingredients: Chicken boti 1 kg Ginger 1 tbsp Garlic 1 tbsp Yogurt 1 cup Green chilies (chopped) 8 to 10 Whole garam masala 3 tbsp Coriander powder 2 tbsp Fennel powder 2 tbsp Lemon juice 2 tbsp Oil 1 cup Onion (sliced) 1 large Sela rice 750 gm Method: Heat oil in a pan and fry onions till golden color comes. Now add ginger, and garlic fry for 1 minute. Add chicken, garam masala, salt, fennel, and coriander powder fry for 5 minutes. Now add 4 cups of water, green chilies, and yogurt, and cook for a few minutes. Then add rice and cook for 10 minutes. Now cover and cook for 15 minutes, and serve. Baigan Ka Bharta Recipe Ingredients: Eggplant 1 kg Green chili slice 6 Onion sliced 1 large Garlic 1 tbsp Ginger 1 tbsp Coriander (chopped) 4 tbsp Coriander powder 2 tbsp Cumin powder 1 tbsp Salt 1 tsp Oil ½ cup Black salt 1 tsp Chili powder 1 tbsp Lemon juice 3 tbsp Method : After roasting the eggplant on the stove, remove the skin and chop it. Now heat oil in a pan and fry the onions until golden. Then add garlic and ginger and fry for 1 minute.
