Kacchi Dabeli Pav (India) on Sandwiches of History⁣

You might recall a while back we did the Vada Pav from India for International Sandwich Sunday. Well, today we’re taking on its cousin, the Kacchi Dabeli Pav. Similarly to the Vada Pav, there are a few chutneys and a seasoning blend to make. And, like the Vada Pav it features potatoes.
