Ingredients for 2 loaves: 550 g all-purpose flour (type 550) 7 g yeast 12 g salt 1-2 tsp dried Italian herbs (oregano, marjoram, thyme) 380 ml water 20 ml olive oil 120 g pitted olives, with or without spices 75 g sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained and chopped Baking time: Preheat oven to 240°C (465°F) using conventional oven setting (top and bottom heat).
