Turn on the notification bell so you never miss a delicious recipe. 🧂Ingredients 1½ bowls cooked leftover rice 2–3 boiled potatoes Salt to taste 1 tsp cumin seeds 2-3 green chilies (finely chopped) Curry leaves (chopped) Fresh coriander leaves 1 tsp chili flakes 1 tsp oregano Oil for deep frying ✨For the Chutney 2 tbsp mustard oil ½ tsp mustard seeds 5–6 garlic cloves 1 tbsp chana dal Curry leaves 2 spicy dry red chilies 1 Kashmiri red chili 1 large tomato Salt to taste Oregano & chili flakes (for garnish) 👩🍳Recipe 🔅Grind leftover rice, boiled potatoes, cumin, and salt into a thick paste without adding water. 🔅Add chopped green chilies, curry leaves, coriander, oregano, and chili flakes. Mix everything thoroughly. 🔅Wet your hands with water and make small bite-sized balls. 🔅Heat oil until very hot. 🔅Drop the pakodas one by one, leaving space between them. 🔅Fry on medium-high heat until golden and crispy. 🔅Remove onto tissue paper. ❇️Chutney 🔅Heat mustard oil. 🔅Add mustard seeds. 🔅Add garlic, chana dal, and curry leaves. 🔅Fry until lightly golden. 🔅Add dry red chilies and chopped tomato. 🔅Add salt and cook until tomatoes soften. 🔅Cool completely. 🔅Blend into a smooth chutney. 🔅Garnish with oregano and chili flakes. 💢Tips Never add water while grinding. Use completely cooled rice and potatoes. Fry in hot oil for extra crispiness.
