30 Day Push Up Challenge | Day 15 (120 Push-Ups in 15 Minutes + INTERVALS)
Join me for Day 15 of the 30-Day Push-Up Challenge. The rules are simple: Add a minute, add a push-up to match it. Day 1 = 1 push-up in 1 minute Day 2 = 3 push-ups in 2 minutes Day 3 = 6 push-ups in 3 minutes ...and so on until Day 30, where you'll complete 465 push-ups in 30 minutes for the ultimate test of strength, endurance, and discipline. Today we add a fifteenth minute and 15 additional push-ups, bringing our total to 120 push-ups in 15 minutes. Today, at last, we also added INTERVALS! Up until now, all push-ups were performed consecutively from minute one through the end of the day. Moving forward, all days will be broken up into a minimum of three intervals that encourage you to take a break, shake it out, and come back after you've had some time to re-energize. The purpose of these is to make every push-up feel more doable, and hopefully help reduce the amount of make-up push-ups you have leftover (I went from 12 remaining on Day 14 to just two on Day 15). This challenge isn't just about physical strength. It's also about patience, consistency, and learning to stay disciplined even when you'd rather rush ahead. Set your timer. Complete your reps.
