30-Day Push-Up Challenge | Day 11 (66 Push-Ups in 11 Minutes)
Join me for Day 11 of the 30-Day Push-Up Challenge. The rules are simple: Add a minute, add a push-up to match it. Day 1 = 1 push-up in 1 minute Day 2 = 3 push-ups in 2 minutes Day 3 = 6 push-ups in 3 minutes ...and so on until Day 30, where you'll complete 465 push-ups in 30 minutes for the ultimate test of strength, endurance, and discipline. Today we add an eleventh minute and 11 additional push-ups, bringing our total to 66 push-ups in 11 minutes. This challenge isn't just about physical strength. It's also about patience, consistency, and learning to stay disciplined even when you'd rather rush ahead. Today was the day I initially predicted most people would quit on. And, honestly, when I woke up this morning--I felt it. The last few minutes today--especially moving back into ascension push-ups--really showed me how fast this gets hard, and made me miss the days of rest. But, even if you don't finish in the time frame, you can still finish in the day. Your muscles are still ripping, tearing, and shaping, so give yourself space. And if you're just hopping on today, nice and fresh--lucky you. Set your timer. Complete your reps.
