30 Day Push Up Challenge | Day 19 (190 Push-Ups in 19 Minutes + INTERVALS)

Join me for Day 19 of the 30-Day Push-Up Challenge. The rules are simple: Add a minute, add a push-up to match it. Day 1 = 1 push-up in 1 minute Day 2 = 3 push-ups in 2 minutes Day 3 = 6 push-ups in 3 minutes ...and so on until Day 30, where you'll complete 465 push-ups in 30 minutes for the ultimate test of strength, endurance, and discipline. 0:00 Intro Today we add an nineteenth minute and 19 additional push-ups, bringing our total to 190 push-ups in 19 minutes. Descension Days and intervals continue, as such: 1:54 Interval 1: Minutes 1-5. 19 push-ups minute one, 15 push-ups minute five 7:00 Interval 1 Rest 7:30 Interval 2: Minutes 6-11: 14 push-ups minute six, nine push-ups minute 11. 13:30 Interval 2 Rest 14:00 Interval 3: Minutes 12-19: eight push-ups minute 12, one push-up minute 19. 22:00 Outro Do your arms burn as much as mine?
