Join me for a gentle and deep Yin Yoga practice for the shoulder girdle, with an emphasis on releasing tension from the shoulders, neck and upper back. This is an area where tension, pressure and fatigue tend to accumulate. The long stay in the poses together with calm breathing will allow for deep release, renewed flow and internal balance.
