Day 10: Journey Continues | My Austrian Holiday Begins! 🇦🇹✨

What a whirlwind of a day! Today marked the official start of my Austrian adventure as I made the journey from Munich to the breathtaking region of Faistenau. Here is how the day unfolded: The Journey Begins: Started the morning right with a delicious, relaxing breakfast in Munich before heading out. An Unforgettable Encounter: Along the way, I met the absolutely memorable Jens. He was such an amazing, kind, and helpful soul—the kind of person who truly makes traveling so special! Salzburg Bound: Caught two trains to get into Salzburg. First order of business upon arrival? Sorting out my phone data! Because let’s be honest, I would be completely lost without my maps. A New Driving Adventure: Picked up my rental car and felt a massive surge of excitement (and a little bit of nerves!) because this is my very first time driving on the right side of the road with a left-side steering wheel! 🚗💨 Settling in Faistenau: Made it safely to the local area and immediately went exploring. I hit up two different local shops to stock up on groceries. Balcony Views & Football: Ended the perfect day relaxing on my balcony, enjoying a fresh, homemade sandwich while soaking in the Austrian air, watching some soccer, and finally heading to bed. The perfect start to this chapter of the trip.
