Recruitment form here ↓ https://www.sanpi-ryoron.com/recruit/ ■ Endless Cucumber and Shiso Leaf Pickles (2-3 servings) 【Ingredients】 4 cucumbers, 10 shiso leaves, 1.5 tsp salt A (2 tbsp sugar, 1/2 tsp chili bean paste, 1/2 tsp grated garlic, 2 tsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp mirin, 3 tbsp soy sauce, 3 tbsp black vinegar, 1 tbsp white sesame seeds) 【Instructions】 ① Wash the cucumbers and cut off the ends. Cut into approximately 5mm thick slices. Rub in salt (1.5 tsp) and refrigerate for about 30 minutes. ② Squeeze out the excess water from the cucumbers from ① and put them in a bag. Add the shiso leaves (ends removed and cut in half). ③ Mix ingredients A in a bowl Put into the bag from step ② and massage to coat Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
