How to Bake Over-proofed Sourdough!
Hi guys! So I accidentally over proofed my Sourdough and wanted to share how I tried to salvage it. Hopefully this helps you all! Preheat your Loaf pan in the oven at 450. Once your oven is preheated place your Sourdough (with parchment paper lining it) into your hot loaf pan and place another loaf pan on top to keep in moisture. Bake for 25 minutes with the lid on, then 20-25 minutes more with it off. If you want a softer top, leave the lid on the whole time.
