Stachelbeer-Pudding-Torte | Süß-Saure Sommertorte

Today I'm baking a truly delicious gooseberry pudding cake. This sweet and sour summer cake is so refreshing and fruity. Ingredients 3 eggs 80 g sugar 1 pinch of salt 100 g flour 6 g baking powder 20 g cornstarch 30 g melted butter 400 ml milk 1 packet vanilla pudding powder 1 tsp vanilla extract 50 g sugar 30 g instant gelatin 200 g cream 600 g gooseberries 100 ml water 130 g sugar 60 g cornstarch 100 g cream 1 tsp San-apart 12 small gooseberries Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top and bottom heat) for about 15 to 20 minutes.
