This is a 60 minute slow flow vinyasa class. Part 1 of the Grounding and Centering Series of classes. A soothing, unhurried flow for the whole body that includes pranayama, a rhythmic and easeful warm up, standing postures with longer holds and some calm hip openers to wind down concluding with a longer shavasana. A class for those times when you may feel scattered, anxious or simply overwhelmed and you need to touch base with your breath and body. For practice, you may wish to have a blanket for comfort.
