This is a 40 minute vinyasa practice to help you feel more grounded and less stressed. Part 6 of the Grounding and Centering Series of classes. This practice is designed to help you land back in your body, with your breath and in the here and the now as a remedy for any challenges you may be facing. Ideal if you're feeling stressed, anxious, frustrated or unsettled. Oftentimes, when we feel like this, we lack insight. This class aims to help you feel calm again so you can take a fresh look at what's ahead of you with more clarity and insight. It's a slow flow that features some mellow opening forward folds and spinal waves, a sequence for your hips, a balance and a restful, quiet cooldown. For practice, you may wish to have a blanket for comfort.
