60 Minute Restorative Vinyasa Flow Yoga - (Refresh & Restore Series - Part 15)
This is a 60 Minute Restorative Vinyasa Flow Yoga practice. Part 15 of the Refresh and Restore Series of classes. This practice combines a slow, gentle vinyasa practice for your shoulders and spine followed by a floor sequence of passive stretches for your legs and hips, each shape held for 1 minute each. Practice a mindful attention to your breath throughout class and enjoy a longer shavasana. A deeply restorative class that flows gently and offers both movement, stillness and quiet. For practice, you will need a belt or strap and a folded blanket for comfort.
