I continued to attend studios daily there, developing an interest in the connection between mind and body and self-exploration. After returning to Japan, I obtained my IR (Instructor) certification. I studied the history, anatomy, and philosophy of yoga, and became even more fascinated, deciding to pursue a career as an instructor. I strive to create simple, careful, and comforting lessons, paying close attention to the deepening of breathing and subtle changes and movements in the body. 2016: Taught lessons at various studios, mainly focusing on hot yoga. (Kagurazaka, Ginza, Machida, Chofu, etc.) 2017: Resigned due to childbirth. February 2022: Resumed online lessons.
