Day 42: 🌧️ Rain finally quit… and Valdez absolutely delivered! 🏔️💙

Day 42 | Valdez, Alaska | Waterfalls, Valdez Glacier Lake & Stunning Mountain Views After spending most of the day waiting for the rain to finally let up, the skies cleared just enough for us to explore one of the most beautiful places in Alaska! We started with a short walk to the picturesque waterfall inside Valdez Glacier Campground, where we’re camping with our SylvanSport GO. From there, we hiked about 1½ miles to Valdez Glacier Lake, and the scenery was absolutely breathtaking. Surrounded by the towering Chugach Mountains, waterfalls, glaciers, and crystal-clear glacial waters, every step reminded us why Valdez is considered one of Alaska’s hidden gems.
