In addition to not being aesthetically pleasing, it is advisable to correct it or at least slow it down with exercises. The kind I'm presenting in today's routine. Initially, I was going to do the exercises repetitively, counting to 10, and in a very simple way. Then, as always, as I listened to the music, I decided to do something different, more fun, and dynamic using the stick and the elastic band, and this was the result. To round off this routine, I wanted to include a posture discovered by Japanese doctor Toshiki Fukutsudzi in his quest to develop a method to help reduce back pain. Practicing it has also proven to have other benefits, such as a reduced waist circumference and a 1-centimeter increase in height.
