I worked as a caregiver, care manager, and counselor at a special nursing home and day care center for 10 years. I also worked as a certified social worker at a community comprehensive support center, where I also served as its director. I have also taught dementia classes at elementary and junior high schools, given welfare-related lectures in the community, and given other speaking engagements. On April 1, 2024, I started my own business and started a new career as a trainer and lecturer! I am also a certified instructor (2-star instructor☆) for Nana Yoshii's Kindness School. Personally, I want as many of my colleagues working in the welfare industry as possible to realize the noble work they are doing and to be proud of it. I enjoy learning every day in order to disseminate information. There are people out there who struggle with caregiving alone because they're not good at asking for help, young people who can't confide in anyone and end up shut up at home, and fellow welfare workers who entered the industry with dreams and hopes but are losing motivation. I want to reach out to people like these who can't reach out to help centers or send out SOS messages! With that in mind, I decided to enter the world of YouTube.
