I'm Yokoi Koji, a caregiving advisor. Regional Comprehensive Support Centers are like "general consultation centers" for elderly care and caregiving. They're incredibly important, but when I ask attendees at caregiving seminars and consultations around the country, many don't even know what they're called. Even if they do know the name, only a small minority understand what they do.
